Mushroom Peas Salad

Mushroom & pea salad.
Ingredients:
10-12 mushrooms fresh and white. green peas1/2 katori either frozen or fresh, salt, oil1/2 tsp, butter, oregano.
Clean the mushrooms and cut into 4 big pieces.
Boil the peas with a pinch of salt and few drops of oil. Once done drain and let it cool.
Heat a pan add oil, when the pan/tawa is just warm add mushrooms and green peas and stir well . The white mushrooms now is turning it colour and size, leaving its juice and allowing the peas to blend with it , add 1/2 tsp butter, pinch of salt and and sprinkle some oregano herb as per taste. And remove into a serving bowl.
TIPS:
This salad can be cooled and served.
You could add small cheese cubes to pamper your taste buds or mayo sauce and use as sandwich filling.
Adding a pinch of ajinomoto, soya sauce and pinch of salt , green chillies and garlic is something that children love as evening snacks or a great starter.
